Vanguard model 61 75hp carburetor performance parts kit

This is a performance parts kit for you if you are starting with a model 61 vanguard (35 hp). This kit is for 5500 rpm max. It includes almost all the parts required for your full build. These kits were formulated using our flow bench results on the billet heads , dual intakes and our engine building software. We do the exact same procedure when building our own engines. You have to do all the work yourself. This is theoretical power, this has to be built by an experienced engine builder. This kit is for billet heads (included) and using two intakes paired with two 40mm carbs. These kits can take a couple months to ship. This is for horizontal engines only. More info about this kit: Some info may be repeated. This kit is based on what billet model 61 heads flow from ported (165cfm) . Then the intake is taken into consideration. This kit uses the two intakes and two 40mm carburetors. The rest of the kit has been sized and matched correctly for the proper operating rpms and power level achieved. This is simply a grouping of parts needed for a complete build. There is no savings or premium from buying all these parts separately. Basically we set this kit up the way we would build an engine ourselves at this power level using this platform.
